Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial premises, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and quality
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other essentials in bathrooms and cleaning stations
- Dispose of waste responsibly while adhering to environmental guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations
Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety protocols is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
