Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Recruitment & Community Engagement Executive to strengthen our team by attracting talented care professionals and building meaningful relationships within the community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to outreach, and a passion for fostering positive connections. This role is vital in ensuring our organization continues to deliver outstanding care through effective recruitment and community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Promote Right at Home as an Employer of choice.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified care staff, utilizing various marketing channels and community networks.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Engage with local organizations and community groups to promote employment opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective candidates, providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment journey.
- Organize and participate in community events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives to raise awareness of the organization’s services and employment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging marketing materials that highlight the organization’s values and benefits.
- Track recruitment metrics and community engagement activities to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Willingness to hold the emergency on call phone in rotation with other office team members
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates, partners, and community members.
- Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive can do attitude with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Someone who is target driven and understands that to applicant attract you need to operate outside the usual office hours.

Pay: £25,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
