What You’ll Be Doing:

Independently managing a broad residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion

Handling a varied mix of transactions rather than focusing on one specific area

Delivering a high-quality, personal service to clients throughout their transaction

Working alongside experienced Conveyancers, Solicitors and dedicated support staff
About You:
-
Will have around 5 years’+ conveyancing experience

Confident running a caseload independently with minimal supervision

Broad residential property experience across a range of transactions

Strong client care, organisation and communication skills

Formal legal qualification is not essential – experience and capability are more important
