We are hiring Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to join our wonderful team on a full-time or part-time basis, with opportunities available for both day and night shifts.
You'll be based at Doveridge, our specialist dementia care home, nestled in the beautiful town of Colyton.

We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for person-centred care.
Shows compassion, kindness and empathy in everything they do.
Enjoys building positive relationships with residents and colleagues and is always looking for ways to enhance residents' quality of life.
Champions residents' rights, dignity and independence while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll also:
Lead by example and be a role model for the wider team.
Support all aspects of medication management.
Help welcome and mentor new team members during their induction and shadow shifts.
Be confident allocating duties and overseeing part or all of a shift when required.
Support and supervise Support Workers, maintaining high standards of care and reporting any concerns to Team Leaders or Shift Leads.
Requirements for the role:
Senior Support Workers:
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or an equivalent qualification).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and caring approach.
Support Workers:
Some knowledge or experience within the care sector is desirable, but don't worry – full training and ongoing support will be provided.
