We are looking for a proactive and personable Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and want to be the vital link between our customers and the workshop, this is the role for you.
Salary: £30,000 basic + bonus scheme (OTE £39,200)
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with a friendly and professional approach
- Book appointments, prepare job cards, and manage workshop scheduling efficiently
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers, keeping everyone updated throughout the day
- Upsell service plans, Vehicle Health Checks (VHC), and seasonal offers where appropriate
- Handle customer queries and minor complaints professionally and empathetically
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with brand and environmental standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential (Service Advisor experience is beneficial but not required)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A calm, confident approach, even under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
- A full UK driving licence
