We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys building strong customer relationships, leading projects with confidence and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience that delivers real value.
Working closely with our consultants, technical specialists and customer success teams, you'll lead customer projects from discovery and planning through to successful delivery and adoption. You'll become a trusted adviser to customers, guiding them through their project journey while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standards.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management expertise with commercial awareness, emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for helping customers achieve their goals. You understand that outstanding delivery comes from clear communication, stakeholder engagement and keeping customer needs at the centre of every decision.
What you'll be doing:
- leading multiple customer projects seamlessly from planning through to successful completion
- building trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teams
- understanding customer objectives and aligning project outcomes with their business goals
- managing project plans, budgets, risks, timelines and dependencies
- proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, accountability and successful delivery
- championing continuous improvement across project delivery and customer experience
- ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within scope
What we're looking for:
- proven experience delivering projects successfully, on time, within scope and on budget
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- strong customer relationship management and customer service experience
- a customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes
- high levels of emotional intelligence, empathy and active listening skills
- strong organisational and time management capabilities
- experience managing project plans, budgets, risks and timelines
- confidence influencing stakeholders, negotiating effectively and managing expectations
- a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- the ability to use your initiative and make informed decisions
- experience working within an MSP, technology or professional services environment (preferred)
