Responsibilities
- Provide customised beauty treatments including facials, waxing, nails including biab, extension, gel and other specialised services
- Apply makeup with precision to meet clients’ preferences and occasions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment areas and equipment
- Offer professional advice on skincare routines and product recommendations
- Ensure client comfort throughout treatments and address any concerns or questions
- Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences
- Promote retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry best practices
Skills
- Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour coordination and detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatment procedures
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients and team members
- Organised with the ability to manage appointments efficiently and maintain a tidy workspace
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry coupled with a commitment to ongoing professional development
Pay: £12.71-£32.25 per hour
