We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic individual to work directly alongside our developments project manager, supporting a growing portfolio of properties, property development and construction projects.
This role would suit someone at the early stages of their career who has a genuine interest in real estate, construction, and development.
You may be a junior Quantity Surveyor, an assistant project manager, a graduate in a property-related field , or someone who has gained experience in estate agency but discovered that your strengths lie more in the technical and operational aspects of the industry rather than sales.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong interest in property development and construction.
- Some relevant industry experience or education.
- Good organisational and analytical skills.
- A willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
- The ability to work closely with senior management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
