Showroom Sales & Client Experience Assistant
We are looking for a welcoming, professional and highly organised individual to join our showroom team and become an important part of our client experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly computer literate and has a genuine interest in interiors, design and the wider interiors industry.
The Role
You will be the friendly face of our showroom, welcoming clients and visitors, responding to enquiries and helping to create a professional and enjoyable showroom experience.
You will also have the opportunity to learn about our products, develop your knowledge of the interiors industry and build strong relationships with both clients and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the showroom in a warm and professional manner
- Handling client enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Assisting clients with product and showroom enquiries
- Learning about our products, materials and services
- Using computer systems and software confidently to manage enquiries and information
- Supporting the showroom team with day-to-day administration
- Maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming showroom environment
- Developing positive relationships with clients and colleagues
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly computer literate and confident learning new systems and software
- Naturally welcoming, friendly and professional
- Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- Polished and personable, with excellent hospitality and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple enquiries
- Interested in learning about interiors, design and products
- A quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude
- Well presented and comfortable working in a premium showroom environment
Previous experience in interiors is not essential — enthusiasm, professionalism, excellent people skills and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
