To ensure we continue to deliver the very best, we’re looking for a talented, responsible and stable sous chef who has the passion and desire to help grow Butch Annie’s.
ABOUT YOU:
First and foremost you will have a passion for high quality fresh ingredients and the desire to deliver perfection at all stages.
You will be a natural leader, mature, calm, organised and good natured.
You will work closely with our Head Chef, Senior Sous and management team to maintain the highest of standards, to ensure H&S is adhered to and assist with back office reporting, audits, compliance and stock management.
