About the You
We are looking for a Finance & Administration Officer who is competent in the following but not limited to:
- Organising their own workload.
- Able to manage a variety of tasks and projects at any one time and meet deadlines set.
- Able to provide high quality, accurate and efficient administration and financial support.
- Record, maintain and process information in line with GDPR and Data protection best practices.
- Can provide assistance with compliance and alignment to sector specific guidance such as funding compliance when delivering Apprenticeships and other funding streams.
- Able to support with onboarding and enrolment processes for learners and maintain accurate and up to date records on the MIS learner system.
- Can provide excellent customer service to all our customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Raise and process invoices and purchase orders, organising payments, raising disputes where appropriate.
- Able to support with the examinations process of booking and invigilating assessments for learners and external candidates, keeping up to date with the latest guidance from awarding bodies and sector guidance.
About the Role

This post is office-based in Farnham working Monday to Friday.
