Juno Women’s Aid is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations processes, learning and development activities, and HR systems management.
We're looking for someone with previous HR administration experience, excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach. A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) and knowledge of HR systems would be advantageous.

Juno Women's Aid is the largest domestic abuse organisation in Nottingham and one of the largest in the UK. We work with women, children, and teens who have been affected by domestic abuse in Ashfield, Broxtowe, Gedling, Nottingham City, and Rushcliffe.
We run a wide range of services including the 24-hour Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Freephone Domestic and Sexual Violence Helpline. This is where you can speak to one of our specialist trained female support workers 365 days a year.
