EV Charge Point Installer / Electrician – Leeds

At Smart Home Charge, we’re on a mission to make home charging simple. With demand growing rapidly, we’re expanding our installation team and looking for skilled electricians to deliver high-quality EV charger installations across the Peterborough, Cambridge area and occasionally Norfolk.

The Role
You’ll be installing EV charge points in customers’ homes, delivering a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Installing EV charge points at residential properties
- Testing and commissioning installations
- Supporting customers with app setup and handover
- Ensuring every job meets our high quality and safety standards
You’ll be working independently, with jobs planned and scheduled by our operations team - allowing you to focus on installation and customer service.

About You
We’re looking for electricians who:
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in domestic electrical work
- Hold 18th Edition and relevant installation/testing qualifications
- Are confident working independently in customers’ homes
- Take pride in delivering high-quality work
- Have a professional, customer-focused approach
Experience installing EV charge points is beneficial, but not essential - full training can be provided.
