Job title: Business Operations Administrator
Department: Operations/Delivery
Reporting into: Operations Manager
Hours of work: 37.5 Hours a week (Mon-Fri)
Contract: Fixed term – 12 months
Salary: £26’000 - £30'000 depending on experience.
Place of work: Certa House, First Floor, Wakefield, WF1 1SA

What you will do
· Registration of candidates
· Managing databases
· Creating documents
· Arranging and servicing meetings
· Finance support
· Compliance Monitoring
· Rota management
· Customer Service – Answering telephone, responding to email enquiries and WhatsApp groups
· Business Development/Marketing Support, including social media posts, creating basic content and supporting the overall business marketing strategy
· Supporting service improvement and contributing to business growth
· CRM Support – Monday.com
· Project support
·General Administration duties to Northern Health and other associated services
This is not an exhaustive list of your duties, you will be expected to deliver other associated business tasks based on business need.
What you will bring
· Strong IT skills, comfortable working with a variety of systems, including experience with Microsoft Office suite.
· Excellent organiser, with strong personal prioritisation and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Strong teamwork and collaboration.
· Conscientious, proven administrator with multiple skills and integrity.
· Excellent customer services skills on the telephone, face to face and by electronic means.
· Willingness to embrace change and move forward with innovative ideas and the desire to grow with the company.

· An ability to work to challenging deadlines independently.
· Existing knowledge of Healthcare Sector/Recruitment – Desirable.
· Experience of Monday.com – creating and maintaining.
· Knowledge of social media and recruitment platforms - Desirable.
