Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and reliable LVT Flooring Installer to complete a flooring installation in a kitchen and passage. The project involves removing the existing tiled floor, preparing the subfloor, laying a screed and installing glue-down Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring. Underfloor heating will be installed by a separate contractor and the successful installer will be required to coordinate with them as part of the project.
Scope of Work
- Remove existing floor tiles.
- Excavate and prepare the existing floor to ensure it is level with adjoining rooms.
- Supply and lay a suitable screed to create a smooth, level surface.
- Install glue-down LVT flooring to a high professional standard.
- Coordinate with the underfloor heating contractor to ensure the flooring is installed correctly over the completed heating system.
- Leave the work area clean and tidy upon completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing glue-down LVT flooring.
- Experience with floor preparation and screeding.
- Own tools and equipment.
- Ability to provide examples of previous work or references.
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Additional Information
- Weekend work is acceptable.
Pay: £200.00 per day
