Position: Cleaning Operative-Driver

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to carry out ad hoc property cleans, including:
- End-of-tenancy cleans
- Void property cleans
- Deep cleans
- Environmental / exceptionally dirty cleans
- General property refresh cleans
The role starts on an ad-hoc basis, but our workload is consistent throughout the week. The right person can quickly build up to full-time hours.
Position Details:
- Location: Based out of our Lympne Office (CT21), covering Folkestone, Dover, Canterbury, and surrounding areas.
- Hours: 7:00 AM start, Monday to Friday.
- Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Quality Cleaning: Perform tasks including vacuuming, polishing, dusting, mopping, and cleaning toilets to a high standard.
- Clearance Tasks: Assist with clearing spaces, which may involve lifting, moving, and handling heavy objects and materials safely.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with a well-established team to complete tasks promptly.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure every clean meets our exacting standards of excellence
What a Typical Week Looks Like: Your weekly schedule is varied and active. Based on recent work patterns, a typical week includes:
- 3–6 property cleans per day, depending on size and condition
- Mix of 1–4 bedroom properties, bedsits, and flats
- Combination of general cleans and environmental/deep cleans
- Work planned across the week, with multiple jobs scheduled daily
- Clear job lists provided in advance
- Travel between local properties (transport provided)
- This gives a predictable workflow and good earning potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and good communication
- Full manual driving licence required (company vehicle will be provided)
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must live in the local area and be able to reliably commute to Lympne for a 7:00 AM start.
- Hardworking with a positive attitude and the ability to work at a fast pace.
- Prior experience is advantageous but not required. We value a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
