This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting Kew’s world-leading research by managing a diverse portfolio of research funding and knowledge exchange bids from development through to submission. Working closely with researchers and professional services colleagues, you will provide expert pre-award support, helping to develop high-quality, competitive proposals and ensuring they meet funder requirements, institutional policies, and compliance standards.
As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of UK and international funding opportunities while contributing to the successful delivery of research projects that address global scientific and environmental challenges. This is a varied and rewarding role offering the chance to build strong relationships across the organisation, develop specialist knowledge of the research funding landscape, and make a tangible impact on Kew’s research ambitions.

The salary for this position is £34,216 - £37,966 per annum, depending on skills and experience [Band C]
