Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Holiday let cleaner to provide a change over cleaning service between short holiday stays. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our property located in North Tawton. This role requires the co-ordination with a local laundry service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect holiday let property to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to meet guest check-in and check-out times.
- Restock supplies and ensure all amenities are in working order.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
- Co-ordinate laundry service inc. delivery and collection of clean laundry
- Change beds and provide clean linen between holiday makers
- Arrange the collection of dirty linen with laundry company
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a tidy and organized storage area for cleaning supplies.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
- Experience with hotel or hospitality cleaning is a plus.
