We own and operate built you own salad bars, orange juice machines and hot counter in Tesco, so you job although at time customer facing will mainly be in the kitchen.

As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Managing daily kitchen and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to organisational standards
- Support food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining high quality and presentation standards
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery
- Oversee food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Assist in training new staff on food production, service techniques, and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for guests, supporting serving and hospitality duties when required
- Support the implementation of organisational policies related to food safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments; hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous
- Demonstrable supervising experience with strong team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and hospitality services such as serving or barista work
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards of service excellence

Pay: £13.21-£15.21 per hour
