Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential schools, educational institutions, and community partners to establish collaborative relationships.
- Develop tailored outreach strategies to promote our programs, services, and initiatives within educational settings.
- Lead the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and development programs aimed at educators, students, and community members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative projects that meet the evolving needs of schools and communities.
- Monitor program implementation, gather feedback, and continuously improve engagement strategies to maximize impact.
- Maintain detailed records of partnerships, outreach activities, and program outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and community meetings to elevate our profile in the education sector.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or partnership management within educational or community settings.
- Strong background in teaching or educational program delivery is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse audiences and build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic plans, executing outreach initiatives, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze needs, craft solutions, and adapt strategies based on feedback and changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with the education landscape, including understanding of school systems, curricula, and stakeholder priorities is a plus.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
