Swimming Teacher (Small Classes & Private Lessons)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Swimming Teacher to join our friendly team and deliver high-quality swimming lessons at our E17 venue.
We also run an upskilling programme for instructors who do not have the full teacher qulification.
At Swim-With-Me, you'll teach small classes of up to 6 swimmers and private lessons using the STA International Learn to Swim Programme. We believe in providing a positive learning experience where every swimmer receives individual attention and the opportunity to progress at their own pace.
What You'll Do
- Deliver fun, safe, and engaging swimming lessons.
- Teach small group classes and private lessons.
- Plan lessons to support swimmer development and progression.
- Assess swimmers and identify when they are ready to move to the next stage.
- Build confidence, water safety skills, and enjoyment in the water.
- Complete registers and communicate swimmer progress when required.
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Ideally STA Level 2 Teaching Swimming, SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming, or equivalent but we are able to upskill SE Level 1 swimming instructors with at least 1 years experience.
- Current Water Rescue Award (or willingness to update).
- Positive, reliable, and professional.
- Passionate about helping swimmers achieve their potential.
- Committed to lesson planning, assessment, and swimmer progression.
