The Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented part-time Data Analyst & IT Support Administrator (16 hours per week) to support the day-to-day running of our business. This role combines data analysis, reporting, IT administration, and employee onboarding to ensure accurate business reporting and efficient technology support.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, conditional formatting).
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Produce hourly, daily, and weekly business reports.
- Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Complete regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and charts.
- Support management with ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
Systems Administration
- Maintain and update CRM system records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Support users with CRM queries and data management.
- Assist with system improvements and process efficiencies.
IT Support
- Set up laptops, mobile phones, and user accounts for new starters.
- Configure equipment and ensure devices are ready before employees begin work.
- Coordinate user access, passwords, and software installation.
- Provide first-line IT support for basic hardware and software issues.
- Maintain an inventory of company IT equipment.

Pay: £12,480.00-£13,312.00 per year
