The Role
We’re looking for a Central Invoicing Administrator to join our central finance support team. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while being part of a supportive, collaborative business.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and managing invoices, supporting accurate billing, and working closely with internal teams to ensure invoicing queries are resolved efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys structured, process‑driven work and wants the stability of a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Review invoices for discrepancies, ensuring accuracy, correct pricing, and compliance with agreed terms
- Monitor accounts receivable and track payments against outstanding invoices
- Follow up on overdue payments and support the resolution of billing queries
- Maintain accurate records of payments, balances, and credit notes
- Respond to internal and external queries relating to invoicing and billing
- Work closely with internal teams (including operations, parts and customer services) to ensure invoicing requirements are met
- Support the wider finance team by proactively assisting with queries and requests
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an invoicing, finance administration or accounts support role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicating with internal teams and external contacts
- Well organised, with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
- A proactive, team‑focused approach with a willingness to support where needed
