- Minimum 2 years GP Receptionist experience required
- Understanding of EMIS Web Clinical System required
- Ability to work well as a team member
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
- Good IT skills
- Flexibility required for covering staff absences
- Driving Licence
