This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how communities, charities and health services work together across Hillingdon. You'll play a key role in connecting local organisations with NHS neighbourhood teams, ensuring community voices influence decisions and helping to tackle health inequalities through innovative, community-led approaches.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with local charities, community groups and NHS partners
- Mapping community assets and identifying opportunities for collaboration
- Supporting prevention projects that improve health and wellbeing
- Helping local organisations understand and engage with neighbourhood working
- Growing connections between the voluntary sector and health services
What We're Looking For
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience working with communities, voluntary organisations or partnerships
- Ability to gather and analyse information and turn it into meaningful insights
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Passion for reducing inequalities and improving local health outcomes
