The Carlton Hotel in Folkestone is looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to undertake general repairs and maintenance work throughout the hotel.
Applicants should have practical experience in:
- Plumbing repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Basic electrical maintenance
- Plasterboard installation and repairs
- General building and property maintenance
- Identifying and resolving maintenance problems
- Maintaining hotel bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas
- Basic Electrical work
The successful applicant must be hardworking, trustworthy and able to work independently. Previous maintenance experience within a hotel, guesthouse or similar property would be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
