We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our delivery team.
This is a hands-on role covering a variety of residential works across occupied and void properties. No two days are the same — one day you may be making good after installations, the next completing repairs, carpentry or finishing works.
We’re looking for someone practical, proactive and comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent quality and customer service.
Typical Works Include
- Basic carpentry and joinery
- Making good and finishing works
- Patch plastering and decorating
- Kitchen and bathroom remedial works
- Boxing-in and minor partition works
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Siliconing, sealing and snagging
- Tiling repairs
- Door adjustments and installations
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Assisting installation teams where required
Experience & Skills
- Experience working as a Multi Trader, Maintenance Operative or Property Repair Technician
- Strong all-round practical skills across multiple trades
- Comfortable working in occupied residential homes
- Able to problem solve and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and organised
Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own hand tools
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-trade or property maintenance
Desirable:
- CSCS Card
- Experience in social housing, retrofit or residential projects
- Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge
Pay: £200.00-£250.00 per day
