Rosslyn Park FC is looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual with hospitality experience to manage clubhouse bar operations across match days, events and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bar operations for match days, events and functions
- Recruit, train and supervise bar staff
- Prepare staff rotas and oversee service standards
- Manage stock ordering, deliveries and stock control
- Maintain cellar, bar facilities and licensing compliance
- Ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests
Hours & Pay:
- Flexible, part-time hours based around fixtures and club events
- £16.50 per hour
- £18.00 per hour for approved late-night hours (after 1am)
