The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the food and beverage operation, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
You will lead, motivate and develop the team while maintaining the highest service standards across both restaurant and bar operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee all food and beverage operations
· Lead the Michelin Guide restaurant and cocktail lounge teams
· Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
· Manage staffing, rotas and team development
· Monitor budgets, payroll and financial performance
· Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management team
· Ensure compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations
· Maintain the hotel's luxury brand standards at all times
About You
We welcome applications from experienced Food & Beverage Managers, Restaurant Managers, Operations Managers and Senior Hospitality Managers with experience in luxury hotel or fine dining environments.
For this role, we are keen to speak with ambitious hospitality professionals who thrive in high-quality environments.
You'll ideally have:
· Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Senior F&B Leader
· Experience within luxury hotels, high-end restaurants or rosette/Michelin-standard environments
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· A hands-on management style
· Excellent commercial awareness
· Passion for hospitality and guest experience
· A calm and professional approach under pressure
