We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. This is a vital role within the business, helping to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely every day.

The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play an essential part in maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency of the kitchen. Working closely with the chefs and front-of-house team, you will help create an environment where great food and excellent service can be delivered consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Assisting with deliveries, storage, and stock organisation
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required
- Ensuring all cleaning schedules and procedures are completed accurately
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
- Removing waste and recycling in line with company procedures
- Keeping kitchen areas organised, safe, and ready for service
- Supporting the wider team wherever needed during busy periods

Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
