Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Utilise basic computer literacy skills to update client records and manage documentation efficiently where required.
- Uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- A full clean driving licence is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in hospitality, management, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with vulnerable individuals or in a healthcare setting is desirable but not mandatory. This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a rewarding role that combines organisational responsibilities with caring duties within a supportive environment.
We are looking to make multiple hires on our bank 0‑hour contracts.
Our services do not operate before 9am or after 5pm and we are closed over weekends. This role would be suitable for those looking for flexibility around school hours.
