Job Summary

- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support for patients requiring additional assistance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay current with best practices in nursing care through ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice.
- Competence in medication administration, including understanding dosages, contraindications, and potential side effects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
