Deputy Home Manager (RGN)

We are partnering with a well-established provider to recruit a Clinical Deputy Manager for a large nursing home in Battersea.
This is a high-performing home with strong occupancy and solid regulatory standards, now entering an exciting phase focused on continued cultural development and strengthening leadership across the team.
The Role
- Support the Registered Manager across all clinical and operational aspects of the home
- Work 40 hours per week, alongside supernumerary time to focus on leadership and oversight
- Play a key role in driving culture, standards, and team engagement
- Lead on quality of care, clinical governance, and CQC compliance
- Be a visible, hands-on leader within the home
Candidate Requirements
- Valid NMC Pin (essential)
- Previous experience within a nursing home environment, with exposure to leading nursing teams
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience across recruitment, induction, training, and performance management
- Confident in rota management and staff development
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
