Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of private homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing to ensure a spotless environment
- Manage laundry and linen services as required by clients, including washing, folding, and organizing
- Assist with light household chores such as dishwashing, trash removal, and organizing clutter to maintain a tidy living space
- Prepare and sometimes assist with meal preparation or cooking tasks based on client requests
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their preferences, and addressing any special requests or concerns
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are used safely and stored properly after each job
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the client’s household
Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in residential settings
- Ability to perform light cooking or meal preparation tasks is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Reliable transportation to reach various client locations within your area
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt to different household routines and specific client preferences
