Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of brunch dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency to meet quality standards
- Supervise kitchen staff during service hours, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations
- Manage food production processes, including ingredient prep, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in accordance with health regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house team to ensure timely serving of dishes and excellent guest experience
- Oversee inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste through efficient food management
- Lead by example in maintaining a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high-quality food production
