What experience you will have:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Confident leading, training and developing a busy kitchen team
- Strong understanding of food safety, COSHH, manual handling and kitchen compliance
- Excellent knowledge of grill, prep, service and kitchen standards
- Commercial awareness across labour, stock, waste and consistency
- Calm, clear communication and the ability to keep standards high under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and numeracy
