We are looking for two enthusiastic and reliable Work In Progress (WIP) Team Members to join our busy Production team. This is a hands-on role preparing ingredients and supporting production operations to ensure our products are made safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Available Shifts
AM Shift - 5:00am – 2:30pm
PM Shift - 10:30am – 7:30pm
Both positions are:
- 5 days per week
- Includes Sunday working
- Full-time and permanent
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing ingredients for daily production requirements
- Weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients to precise recipes
- Ensuring ingredients are prepared and supplied to production lines on time
- Maintaining stock rotation and following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
- Labelling and dating products correctly
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and quality
- Keeping preparation areas clean, organised and audit-ready
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets
- Following company procedures, health & safety requirements and food safety standards

Previous food manufacturing or food preparation experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

Pay: £12.75-£13.46 per hour
