For the right candidate, we can offer the role under Band 5 Annex 21 conditions, with a supported development plan to help you achieve full Band 5 competencies.
If Annex 21 is applicable the salary will be as follows;
Up to 1 year of training - 75% band 5
Up to 2 years of training - 70% band 5
