Job Overview
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a fully qualified and experienced Joinery Scheduler to join our busy, modern bespoke joinery workshop.
This is a key role within our production team, ensuring accurate scheduling and material planning to support the manufacture of high-quality bespoke joinery for commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and timely project completion, contributing to our commitment to excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Producing accurate cutting tickets from construction and manufacturing drawings.
- Preparing material take-offs and material schedules.
- Producing material requisitions for purchasing.
- Liaising with the CAD, estimating, procurement and production teams.
- Ensuring all production information is complete, accurate and issued on time.
- Supporting production planning to maximise workshop efficiency.
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the scheduling process.
Requirements
- Have proven experience in a scheduling or production planning role within the bespoke joinery or woodworking industry.
- Be able to confidently read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
- Have an excellent understanding of joinery construction methods and manufacturing processes.
- Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritise workloads and meet project deadlines.
- Possess strong communication skills and work effectively with multiple departments.
- Be capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CAD drawings and production documentation.

Pay: £25,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
