At TechHouse / iCrack Phone, we’re expanding fast — rolling out Network Airtime, Insurance and IOT gadgets alongside our expert mobile and tablet repair services. From cracked screens and battery replacements to diagnostics and technical support, we deliver fast, high-quality solutions and outstanding customer service in a dynamic retail environment.
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead one of our TechHouse / iCrack Phone stores. This is an opportunity for a strong retail leader who’s passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, who knows how to motivate teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a mobile phone retail store, with a strong knowledge of Network Airtime, Insurance/Warranty products, mobile phones, tablets and repair services. Experience or understanding of broadband services would also be highly advantageous.
About the Role
As a Store Manager at Techhouse/iCrack phone, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of your store. You’ll lead from the front by balancing connectivity to Networks, Insurance/warranty offers, Sim only products and technical repair work, customer service, team leadership, and store performance.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across Network provision, repairs, customer satisfaction, sales performance, and team development whilst reporting to Area Managers on a daily basis.
