Fish on the quay, is a popular pub/restaurant based on Maldon Hythe Quay. Part of a small family run business of restaurants and bars which is ever expanding across the south east. Currently looking for full time Head Chef.

About you...
Our kitchens are dynamic, fast paced and high volume - do you have the vision and personality to thrive as a Chef in an environment like this? Previous experience in a premium seafood food led business is essential. You’ll also need excellent business acumen in order to manage a well-run kitchen, keeping on top of your stock, GPs and labour controls. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of support to help you along the way.
