We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our twilight shift management team. You won’t just be managing operations—you’ll be driving performance, improving processes, and helping shape a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting your team to achieve daily targets in a safe and efficient way
- Making sure all orders and system tasks are completed accurately by the end of the shift
- Overseeing picking, packing, and stock rotation while maintaining excellent quality standards
- Supporting team performance, providing guidance, and stepping in where needed
- Ensuring all cleaning and housekeeping tasks are completed to a high standard
- Maintaining compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Hygiene standards
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally within food, beverage, or warehouse operations
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Confidence managing people and leading by example
- A proactive approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience across stock control, picking, or production environments

Hours & Shift Pattern
- 45 hours per week
- Twilight shift: 5:00pm – 2:30am
- 5 nights out of 6 on a rota basis (no Saturday evenings)
- Includes Bank Holidays
