We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Assistant to join our Sales Team within our established family-run business. We specialise in the supply and installation of security products and are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a busy office environment.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position, offering a varied and rewarding role with full training provided.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:

- A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (advantageous but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Providing reception cover and administrative support as required.
- Managing the team mailbox and responding to customer and supplier enquiries.
- Logging jobs onto the Job Management System.
- Processing completed jobs for billing
- Allocating jobs to engineering teams and liaising with installation teams as required.
- Preparing reports for management and customers.
- Supporting the Maintenance Team with reporting requirements.
- Updating spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
- Assisting the Accounts Team with administrative and accounting tasks.
- Undertaking additional ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Pay: £23,097.35-£24,024.00 per year
