About Us
We are an independent high-end luxury resale boutique based in Knightsbridge, specialising in authenticated pre-loved designer handbags, jewellery, fashion and accessories from leading luxury houses including Hermès, Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Van Cleef & Arpels and Cartier.
We are looking for an experienced, confident and commercially driven Luxury Sales & Client Advisor to join our team full-time.
Sales and client relationships will be at the heart of this role. As a small and fast-paced independent boutique, this is also a hands-on position where everyone contributes to the day-to-day running of the business, from responding to client enquiries and preparing orders to arranging deliveries and maintaining the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relationships
- Provide a highly personalised and professional luxury shopping experience
- Proactively approach clients, understand their needs and drive sales
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up with clients and proactively introduce products based on their preferences
- Confidently present and sell high-value luxury handbags, jewellery, fashion and accessories
- Work towards individual and store sales targets
- Assist with customer appointments, VIP clients and international customers
- Develop strong product knowledge across key luxury brands, particularly Hermès and Chanel
WhatsApp & Online Sales
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and other online channels
- Send clients product photos, videos, prices and relevant product information
- Follow up on enquiries and actively convert conversations into sales
- Assist clients with payments, collections, deliveries and appointments
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients before and after their purchase
Boutique Operations
- Prepare and pack customer orders carefully and accurately
- Arrange courier collections and shipments
- Assist with receiving, checking and organising stock
- Ensure sold items and customer orders are processed correctly
- Support stock organisation and basic inventory management
- Maintain excellent boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support general day-to-day boutique operations and basic administrative tasks when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, designer fashion, jewellery, watches or a similar premium sales environment
- Strong sales ability and confidence handling high-value products and transactions
- Proven ability to build client relationships and generate repeat business
- Good knowledge of major luxury brands and a genuine interest in the luxury market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident communicating and selling through WhatsApp and social media
- Professional, friendly and comfortable working with both local and international clients
- Commercially minded, proactive and motivated by sales
- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a small team and taking a hands-on approach to both sales and daily boutique operations
- Able to work full-time and commute reliably to Knightsbridge, London SW3
Experience in luxury resale, designer handbags, fine jewellery, watches, personal shopping or live/video selling would be an advantage.
