Gym Cleaning Operative
Nova Management Services Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to support the cleanliness and hygiene standards of a busy gym facility.
This role is essential in ensuring that members and staff enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across workout areas, changing rooms, equipment zones, and communal spaces.
Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will help ensure the gym remains hygienic, presentable, and compliant with health and safety standards, contributing to a positive experience for all members.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Statutory Sick Pay
- Paid holidays: 28 days including Bank Holidays (pro rata)
- All tax and National Insurance contributions applied
Working Hours – 33 hours per week
- Monday: 14:00 – 21:00
- Tuesday to Friday: 14:30 – 21:00
Pay Rate
- £12.21 per hour
- £12.71 per hour from 1st April
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous cleaning experience (essential)
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced English
