Job Title: Business Development Manager (Field Sales)
Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in London
Salary: £38k–£42k base + £10K-£15K OTE

This is a high-impact field sales role focused on winning and growing premium workplace accounts across London.
You will be stepping into a business that already has strong inbound demand, a recognised product, and over 2,000 clients across the UK and Ireland — but still huge room to win new logos and expand accounts.
What you will be doing
- Winning new business across workplace, hospitality, retail and leisure sectors
- Prospecting via LinkedIn, email, events, and outbound activity alongside inbound and referral leads
- Engaging senior stakeholders including CEOs, workplace leaders and sustainability decision-makers
- Running product demos and building tailored solutions
- Managing deals ranging from 6 weeks to 6+ months
- Closing deals averaging £20k, with larger projects reaching £200k+
- Building and managing a consistent pipeline in CRM
- Collaborating closely with marketing and internal SDR support

With 50+ employees and ambitious growth plans, they are expanding both their core offering and new product lines, including functional hydration technology, as they move into new sectors like leisure and education.
They control the full ecosystem — from sustainably sourcing and roasting coffee to manufacturing, software, installation and service — giving them a true competitive edge.
The sales team is currently 5 people and growing, with clear investment into both field sales and SDR functions.
