Duties
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and custom nail art with precision and care
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and designs
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety standards
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive communication and personalized service
- Assist in retailing nail care products to enhance client results and promote ongoing maintenance
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Artist or Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art designs
- Proficiency in makeup application is a plus, allowing for versatile beauty services
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive client experience from start to finish
- Strong communication skills in English to clearly explain procedures and listen to client needs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards for beauty professionals
