Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy late-shift team. This is a hands-on operational role and does not include supervisory or management responsibilities. The successful candidate will be physically fit, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Palletising goods for storage and distribution
- Preparing and completing dispatch processes and documentation
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, palletising, dispatch, and stock handling
- Ability to provide relevant employment references
- Good physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual handling duties
- Reliable, honest, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible approach to duties and workload
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good timekeeping and attendance record
Desirable Skills
- Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence and operating experience
Please note that a Forklift Truck licence is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who feel they have the right skills, attitude, and experience to succeed in the role.
