Duties
- Strong business development skills are a must to help you nurture your business unit
- Lead generation through innovative sourcing strategies encouraged
- Use of job boards & social media management to attract qualified driving candidates
- Manage in-house applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records
- Conduct detailed candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and compliance standards
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, drivers, and industry partners to facilitate ongoing talent acquisition needs
- Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, licensing regulations, and safety standards relevant to the driving sector
Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation techniques specific to the transportation or driving industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates alike
- Comfortable with use of basic IT packages and job boards
- Knowledge of social media for sourcing candidates and promoting job opportunities
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR management systems for recruitment operations
- Understanding of human resources principles within the transportation sector, including licensing, safety standards, and compliance regulations
