Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, along with experience in data entry and upselling techniques. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry systems
- Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions
- Upsell relevant products or services to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
- Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify common issues and suggest improvements
- Assist with resolving complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for the customer
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high service standards
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
- Experience in analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
